2020-2021 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration for lottery winners will begin on Monday, Februrary 24 2020 through March 20, 2020. Registration times are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM. If you need a different time please contact the main office for an appointment. Registration packets can be picked up in the main office or you can visit the Plainfield School District website. Click on the parent tab at the top and go to Student Registration Information, then Student registration forms, and finally Preschool. The required documents consist of the registration packet, 3 proofs of residency, your child’s original birth certificate (a copy will be made and given back to you) and the  $100.00 non-refundable deposit cash or check only.   A current physical will also be required prior to the first day of school. In order for registration to be complete you must turn in all required documents at the same time.  If you have additional questions please call the main office.
